These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of staffing.prahantgroups.com (the “Site”), operated by Prahant Staffing Solutions Inc (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

The Company is a staffing agency that connects job seekers (“Job Seekers”) with businesses seeking staff (“Employers”) in New Jersey. The Site allows Job Seekers to create profiles and browse or apply for positions, and allows Employers to create profiles and describe their staffing needs. The Company may act as an intermediary, staffing agency, or direct employer of record depending on the arrangement with a given Employer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
  • Notify us immediately at info.prahantstaffing@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Terms for Job Seekers

  • Creating a profile does not guarantee a job placement or interview.
  • Position categories listed on the Site are provided for informational purposes; actual current openings, pay, and location details are confirmed directly with our team.
  • You may be required to provide proof of eligibility to work and meet other position-specific requirements before being placed.

5. Terms for Employers

  • Creating a profile does not guarantee that suitable candidates will be found or placed within any particular timeframe.
  • Employers are responsible for ensuring their job requirements and workplace comply with all applicable employment laws, including anti-discrimination laws (see our Equal Opportunity Statement).
  • Fees and terms for staffing services are governed separately between the Employer and the Company and are not processed through this Site.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including discriminatory hiring practices
  • Attempt to access another user's account or our systems without authorization
  • Use automated means (scraping, bots) to access or collect data from the Site without our consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Prahant Staffing Solutions Inc name and marks, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission, except as necessary to use the Site as intended.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any Job Seeker will be placed in a position, that any Employer will find suitable candidates, or that listed information is always current or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Site or request account closure at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
